Dave has also had a poor week. “Another busy week for me with no time for the radio. Here is my list for Saturday 12th April. Worked:- JA5CTW and VK4CQ”

Lee, M0HOK, says “Hi Tony, just thought it worth a mention that I have been putting out a BPSK31 CQ call most days in the afternoons on 28.100 from here in N.E England ....I am still waiting for a response! I think if I ever get a reply I will be too stunned to answer!” There you go guys, a challenge for all you BPSK31 freaks, get on air and stun Lee.

G0KSC's homebrew 10m yagi

Justin, G0KSC, worked: VP8LP, PU2YHF and comments:
Just read your report. I worked the above on 1st and 4th respectively using a 5 element homebrew mono band yagi at 10 metres high.”

WOW how did you get planning permission?

Contests: The Holy Land Contest, Saturday 00:00 to 24:00. The Motorola QSO Party Saturday 17:00 to Sunday 03:00. There are several CW contests.

Sun: A teeny-weeny sunspot has appeared, so small it hasn’t yet received an official number.

Boring week, poor weather. Still Stoke are back at the top with only 3 matches to play. Other teams have matches in hand so any two from six teams could get automatic promotion.

Our illustrious editor G4TUT, cannot be heard live on air, but is now recording sessions for VK1WIA National News. This goes out via various repeaters in Australia, try VK1WIA News to listen to it.
I could not get this to work on I.E. but using Firefox it played OK.
