Island activities:
AS-126. Operator Tony/E21IZC and possibly others will be active as
E21IZC/p from Lipe Island, April 12-13th. Activity will be
on 40/20 meters using CW and SSB. QSL via E21IZC.
AS-177. Operators Sara/VU3RSB, Frank/DL4KQ, Jose/VU2JOS, Yamini/VU2YAM
and Manju/VU2SMS are now active as AT9RS from Grandi Island
until April 8th.
The following suggested frequencies were
announced:
CW - 28040, 24920, 21040, 18098, 14040, 10114, 7030 and 3530
SSB - 28560, 28460, 24950, 21260, 18128, 14260, 7055 and 3765 kHz
There are two regional QSL routes. QSL via W3HNK (For North/South
America) and DL4KQ (rest of the world).

EU-076. Fred, ON6QR, will be active as LA/ON6QR from Moskenesoy
Island, Norway, between 2100z, Wednesday, April 8th, and
0800z, Sunday, April 12th. Activity will be only CW running
QRP (5 watts) and mainly on 40-20 meters. QSL via his home
callsign.
EU-189. Theo, ON4ATW, reports that a Belgian team of five "well
prepared and trained Dxpeditioners" will attempt a landing
on Rockall Island between April 30th and May 1st. Depending
on the weather and sea conditions, they will be on the air
with two stations using the callsign MM0RAI/p for about 48
hours. Suggested frequencies are:

ADDED NOTES: Rockall is the summit of an old volcano located
between the north tip of Scotland and Iceland, sticking out 20
meters above the Atlantic. Landing on the 500 square meters
rock is very difficult as it has steep slopes at all sides.
The area is infamous for its high seas and very changeable
weather all through the year. For DXCC purposes, it counts
as Scotland (GM).
SA-072. Members of the Teresina DX Group are preparing a DXpedition to
the Canary Island (DIB MA-05, DFB MA-11) on the coast of Piaui,
Brazil, between April 29th and May 3rd. Callsign will be ZW8BBC.
Activity will be on 160-10 meters using CW, SSB, PSK31 and
RTTY, including 6 meters, 2 meters (SSB/FM ) and the satellites
(SSB/FM). Satellites mentioned are: AO-7 (A and B), FO-29,
AO-51, VO-52, SO-50 and ISS in repeater mode, if activated. QSL via PS8DX (QRZ.com address):
