QRP DXCC achieved in sunspot minimum year

Aki JQ2UOZ has been awarded the QRP DXCC by the ARRL for working 100 DXCC entities using just 500 milliwatts and a dipole antenna on the bands above 18 MHz in sunspot minimum year.

It shows what can be achieved using QRP on the higher HF bands regardless of the state of the sunspot cycle.
